The check in was easy and the directions to the house was exact and easy to follow. We had such a wonderful time and the house was exactly what was described to me. We will be back every year.
We really enjoyed our vacation. I do think some of the properties need more photos. Also there was an issue the water heater turning off every 5 minutes when someone was on the shower and they would get freezing cold water. Our concern was never addressed for listing C-47. Vacation was nice but that would have made our stay better. The beds were ok except for the sofa bed that actually sloped downhill in the middle. I feel that needs updating. Very uncomfortable. Actually like the house and the location and would rent it again if it weren’t for those issues. We had deer in the backyard. That was very cool.
I have travel all over the world and Beech Mountain has been by the far my favorite place.
Wow all I can say is wow!! What an amazing vacation. We have been under a lot of stress due to family issues and decided to get away. From the day I called to the day we got home it was a wonderful experience. I first spoke with Holly who worked with me to find the perfect place, even though I was on the phone for 40 mins she never lost patience with me. I spoke with Diana and also with Tracy, really nice ladies, Tracy with over with me the lay out of the house because going to a place I wanted to have some idea of what we were going into.
We have been going to Beech Mountain for ski vacations since the early 90's and only renting from them. The management team is outstanding and very responsive to any needs. Mostly stayed in SL-14 and enjoy every minute whether on the slopes or in the barrel tub. The unit is always well maintained and the deck is fabulous. Definitely a million dollar view! Looking forward to next year!
Would suggest you hire an attorney and seek damages from the people who are using Google to damage your reputation. The courts are awarding multi million dollar awards for cases just like this one. I will be happy to contribute to the legal fees. I personally know what a great business you run and have always been pleased with staying in properties you manage for over twenty years!
We had a family getaway to Beech Mountain for a little ski trip during the holidays. We could not have been more please with our cabin and accommodations!! The staff at Beech Mountain Chalet rentals were friendly and very helpful!! They were wonderful to work with! Our cabin was a 4 bedroom that had three different levels. It’s was the perfect place for a multi family getaway because we were all able to have our own space while still staying together!! We hope to be back again next year!!
